Anmol Edu Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Anmol Edu is operated by Anmol Ventures SMC-Private Limited, registered in Pakistan. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 18 to purchase on your own behalf. Users between 13 and 18 may use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The platform is not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@anmoledu.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
One account is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
2. Course Access and Licence
When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view that course for your own learning. You do not acquire ownership of the content.
Access begins once payment is confirmed and continues for as long as the course remains available on the platform, unless your access is revoked under these terms.
Videos are delivered through DRM-protected streaming and are watermarked with details identifying your account.
3. What You May Not Do
- Download, record, screen-capture, re-upload, or redistribute course videos or materials
- Share your login, or give any other person access to a course you purchased
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with DRM, watermarking, or any access control
- Resell, sublicense, or use course content for commercial or group training
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content in reviews or support messages
Breaching this section may result in immediate revocation of course access, closure of your account, and voiding of any certificate, without refund. Serious cases may be referred for legal action.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the course page.
Payments are processed by our payment partners — Safepay for card payments and JazzCash for wallet payments. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Access is granted once the payment partner confirms the transaction. If a payment is later reversed, disputed, or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend access to the affected course.
We may change prices or run promotions at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to courses you have already purchased.
5. Vouchers and Gift Cards
Vouchers and gift cards are redeemable against course purchases on the platform. They carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may carry expiry dates or usage limits shown at the time of issue.
Vouchers obtained through fraud, error, or unauthorised resale may be cancelled.
6. Refunds
Because courses are delivered in full instantly, all sales are final except in the specific cases set out in our Refund Policy — including duplicate payments, billing errors, and access not granted after payment.
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms and is available at /refunds.
7. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued when you finish all lessons in a course. It records participation and completion on Anmol Edu. It is not an accredited academic qualification, a professional licence, and it is not a guarantee of employment.
Certificates issued for a course that is later refunded or where access is revoked for breach of these terms are void.
8. Reviews
Reviews may be submitted only for courses you purchased and have made substantial progress in. Reviews are permanent once published and cannot be edited or withdrawn.
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it on the platform and in marketing. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or fraudulent.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, video, written materials, the Anmol Edu name, wordmark, and platform design are owned by Anmol Ventures SMC-Private Limited or its instructors and are protected under Pakistani and international copyright law.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.
10. Instructors and Course Content
Courses reflect the experience and opinions of the individual instructor. They are educational in nature and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you take based on course content are your own.
We verify instructor background before publishing, but we do not guarantee any particular career, income, or other outcome.
11. Availability and Changes to the Platform
We aim to keep the platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and issues at third-party providers may cause downtime.
We may add, change, or retire courses and features. If a course you purchased is permanently removed before you complete it, contact support — this is a refundable case under the Refund Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud or chargeback abuse, or where required by law.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the platform or a course is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, lost opportunity, or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
We ask that you contact support first — most issues are resolved without escalation.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves or laws change. Material changes will carry a revised date and, where appropriate, notice to your account email. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
